Privacy Policy

Creative Factory ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Cube Blast mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the App, by us and by the third-party partners the App integrates.

Summary

• We do not require accounts and we never collect your name, email, phone number, or contacts.
• Your game progress stays on your device.
• The App shows ads through Unity Ads, which collects limited device data to serve and measure ads.
• Personalized ads (using your device's advertising identifier) happen only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you still get ads — just non-personalized ones.

Data Collected by Our Advertising Partner (Unity Ads)

Advertisements in the App are served by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies). To serve, deliver, and measure ads — and to prevent fraud — Unity Ads may collect:

• Device identifiers — the advertising identifier (IDFA, only with your App Tracking Transparency consent) and/or an app-scoped vendor identifier, plus an internal user ID generated by Unity.
• Coarse location — approximate, country/region-level location derived from your IP address. Precise location is never collected.
• Ad and usage data — which ads were shown, viewed, or tapped, and basic session interaction data.
• Device and diagnostics data — device model, language, screen size, connection type, OS version, and SDK performance data.
• Purchase signals — whether in-app purchases occurred, used for ad measurement.

This data is processed under Unity's Privacy Policy. With your tracking consent, the advertising identifier may be linked with other data for advertising and ad-measurement purposes ("tracking" as Apple defines it).

Your Tracking Choice (App Tracking Transparency)

On first launch, iOS asks whether the App may track you. Your choice only affects ad personalization — the game is identical either way. You can change your decision at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, to validate purchases and remember entitlements (such as "Remove Ads") using a random, anonymous app-user ID and your purchase history for this App. We never see your payment details. Game Center

The App integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards. When you use Game Center, Apple processes your gameplay data according to Apple's Privacy Policy; we do not receive or store it. You can manage Game Center in your device's Settings.

Data Stored on Your Device

All game data — scores, coins, unlocked themes, settings, achievements — is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to us. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ but is a general-audience game and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad delivery is configured for general audiences.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR in the EU, KVKK in Türkiye, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data held about you. Because we don't hold personal data ourselves, such requests typically concern our partners — Unity provides its own privacy choices. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Effective Date." Changes are effective when posted.
